Everything you need to know about my art
HOW IS MY ART CREATED?
My art is created using a combination of hand drawing and digital artistry. All of my digital work is generated with hand motion, making every shape, line and curve appear hand crafted and natural. It takes a lot of time (days or even weeks) and care to produce each art piece in my collection.
IS THE ARTWORK SIGNED?
Yes! All my artwork comes digitally signed. The prints are signed on the front of the artwork on the bottom right hand side. They also come with an authenticity certificate (sticker) which can be adhered to the back of the frame after framing.
HAVE YOU SEEN A BEAUTIFUL FINE ART PRINT BEFORE?
A "fine art print" is also known as a "giclee" print or archival print. My artwork is printed onto thick 310gsm German made, textured card with the best quality archival inks. This produces a never-fading, museum quality print that will last a lifetime (no ordinary printing here!). Unfortunately, it is difficult to translate just how stunning the fine art prints are via photos on a website. When viewing these in real life, they are just amazing - popping bright colours, crisp finish and stunning subtle textured card.
TREAT ME WITH CARE!
Fine art prints are extremely delicate and need to be treated with great care. Every single print I produce is looked over thoroughly to ensure there are no imperfections before being carefully packaged and shipped either in a rigid envelope or tube. For the larger prints (A2 & A1 sizes), it is best to take this direct to a professional framer without taking it out of the packaging tube.
For the smaller sizes, that fit in to ready-made frames (A5, A4, A3), these can be more easily handled and are safe to take out of the packaging at home in a clean environment. Avoid touching the face of the print and hold by outer edges only. Don't take your print out of the sleeve until it is ready to go straight into a frame. More about framing here.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED/ WHERE IS THE PRODUCT MADE?
I live in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia and enjoy working out of my home studio in Woolloongabba. I have all my artworks printed at my local fine art printer here in West End, Brisbane - so the artwork is 100% printed locally and overseen personally by me. I love seeing my artwork come to life and the process of printing and fufilling your orders gives me a wonderful feeling of gratitude for being able to do what I do. To see my artwork from go from conception through to completion is a super joyful experience. I take pride in putting a lot of love and care into every single one of your orders.
