RETURN POLICY

Booie and Ben take pride in offering high quality and unique products, however we also understand that some consumers can be a little nervous about buying in an online environment. To make you feel comfortable when purchasing with us, we offer the following returns policies.

Peace of mind

In the event that the product(s) does not meet your expectations, we will gladly offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund please make contact with us via email at studio@booieandben.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and provide an invoice as proof of purchase. Claims after this period will not be considered. Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you have purchased an item using a free shipping offer and returned it because you have changed your mind, we will deduct the actual shipping cost to us from your refund.

Sale or discounted items and gift cards are not refundable.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Damaged items

In the unforeseen event that you receive your goods in a faulty or damaged condition, the faulty goods may be returned with a full refund accepted. You must notify us via email at studio@booieandben.com.au within 24 hours of receiving damaged goods if you wish to receive a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care. 

Transit damage

Booie and Ben understand that despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged in transit. If you notice that an item is damaged when it is delivered to you, please contact us via email at studio@booieandben.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with clear digital photos showing the damage and the Booie and Ben team will endeavour to resolve the issue for you. The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances.
